A legal disclaimer

Refund Policy:
All fees for initial medical consultations are non-refundable once the appointment has occurred. Monthly program fees are non-refundable after services have been rendered or medications ordered/shipped. Patients may cancel future renewal charges with at least 7 days’ notice before their next billing cycle—no refunds will be issued for any portion of the current month after services/medication are provided.
Prescription and compounded medication costs are non-refundable once ordered. Refunds for billing errors or in rare, clinic-caused interruptions to care will be considered individually.
